As to the other post to call and get a comp check, most appraisers will do this for there good clients few will give you the time of day if you just call at random looking to waste there time.

I do that.I have several other business interests, although I realized recently that I was spread to thin and recently divested some of those interests to get more focused.I recently have dabbled a little in the FOREX area with some solid success.
