I personally dont like owning anything in my own name, but if I had one house I wouldn't lose sleep over it at night if I had insurance on it.If I were in your shoes, I'd buy it, stick it in a land trust and have my LLC be the beneficial interest of the trust, then run the house like a business.

To me this seems like you're either trying to convince someone you are doing the right thing or work for this company and want everyone to believe that everyones investments will be just as good.I'm not saying you shouldn't spread your success but I don't want to trick people into thinking any investment is all roses, especially cheap houses.
