If I can average close to $100 a night for my studio-style one bedrooms that can be flipped in an hour, but have to compete with people charging $200 a night for my whole house (which takes many hours to prepare), for me I'm better off going with the small spaces.That said, it's my residence, so it is more work and hassle than for someone who owns a place that's strictly an STR, but I happily took my main house listing down this June.
