Question for any Commercial Property Managers:What software works best for allowing tenants to pay rent online and keep track of invoices and maintenance request?

Is that for your entire personal tax return with the properties included? 

They also have an online application that is very poorly put together.

Myself, significant other, and my close friend/business partner have been renovating his personal residence for the past few months with the intention of renting it soon.

I think it also cuts down on junk mail and junk text messages. :-) And it does give some structure for separating investing from personal.

I looking for any personal experinaces you are willing to share with me the good and the bad not wanting to look at this investment through rose colored glasses.

My son lives in Davis County and has his own personal window company and 12 houses worth $500,000  in great neighborhoods. 

The title company isn't willing to help resolve the situation at all, and they are recommending that I get a survey to clear up where the boundary is with the neighbor.When I look at the GIS online, I find two different ones.

I would just avoid people who complain about their job, life, and other stuff online all the time (like me, lol).
