It would be ideal to have a dealer set up 10-20 homes and sell them directly the tenants and finance them, taking us out of the picture, I just don't know if that is feasibleLet me know what you think or if I can clarify anything.Thanks again

So I decided to just list it on FB market place with just 2 pictures of the finished kitchen since the rest of the house is not finished in the first 2 days I got 50 replies mostly asking the price since I didn't list one after a week I reposted about the same result I've posted it a total of 3 times probably have close to 120 people that contacted me 2 or 3 that are really pushing for a showing if I don't sell to one of them I will group message everyone for an open house I'd be surprised if I didn't have 15 to 20 people show up for what was free advertisement!

See the attached pictures - one shows the screen where you will find the "Edit Facts" button and the other shows the screen where you actually edit the stats.

Luckily only the door was damaged, but my tenants had some pricey goods stolen (they thanked me for recommending renter's insurance prior to signing the lease).I've done the following to prevent future break-ins: security door, motion lights and a deadbolt on the fence gate.

To get at the assets of the Canadian Corp, they would have to 'pierce' the C-Corp which is even more difficult.This is why some people have only one asset in an LLC with many LLC's in the C-Corp.You get the picture; to get to you personally, a law suit would have to get through 3 layers of protection.

I would gather as much info about the property as possible, gauge the motivation of the seller, have them send you pictures and documentation, then just birddog this to an experience investor or broker.
