I’d say your energy is better spent finding more deals.

I lived in Framingham for a few years when I was really young, and even after moving I still spent quite a bit of time in the town.

I'm assuming I'd be on the hook for the expenses and the lender and title company incurred, and the time spent, working on this transaction.

I have always spent a lot of time on forums and found the best way to vet people is usually the long way. 

My reasoning was that i spent almost everything i had rehabbing the other side (Which i was moving into) and so have a sure thing already there was almost necessary.

I really started to regret having spent the 6 years to get my PhD...Until I got serious and found BP and started absorbing all of the fantastic advice from BP members!
