Yes, all of the rentals are under an LLC.

This deal didn't make it.  6.5  months later I  get into contract with what I thought was a different buyer, but it turns out the same party as last time hiding behind a LLC.

Q: If I want to do multiple fix/flips and own several rentals, Should I have an LLC, and a separate S-Corp, with rentals in LLC, and Fix and Flips in S-Corp?

Hi Fellow members need some help with my situation.I bought 2 parcels of 1.4 acre each next two each other (let's call them A and B) under my LLC in California.On Lot A 2 years back I partnered with a real estate agent and transferred him Lot A (for free so he can get a loan under his name ) and put my llc lean (it is recorded) so he can get a private loan to build home on parcel.

Anybody ever use David Wilson from Contract Finance Services LLC who claims to be a private lender and using his own money to fund loans?

Some other points of interest:Yes, we own the property in our names.No, we don't have an LLC or any other kind of entity.I have a W2 job, and up until September, so did my wife.
