@Joshua Jarvis the views i see are from websites like Zillow or such , but i work with two different real estate agent in Atlanta area ( Decatur , stone mountain ... ) and they tell me the same thing that the houses i bring up for them to put an offer on were on the market for either a long time ,or maybe 24 hours and as soon as i want it , its gone . i wish the market in my area was like that . 

I've started networking in my community, reading books, and consuming a multitude of the high quality podcasts @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner host.
