I am constantly studying my market and thinking of how I can best leverage my investor dollars efficiently to start my investment career thus leveraging my second purchase (my temporary home).  

I think the two rented units are a 1 bedroom efficiency for $495 and a much bigger 2 bedroom renting for $650.  

I need someone who is capable of managing the subs, purchasing material, creating efficient workflow, and who is an effective communicator.

They might not be as efficient as a 'local' operator, but they have financial staying power.
