Hi,If you are looking to save money and also a solution to leaking, i would suggest to reinstall roofing with modified bitumen, it will make your space more elegant and attractive, This option is not so long lasting, but is costs less & In terms of durability i would prefer you to go for EPDM method for re-installing roofing.

My problem is that Texas doesn't allow you to use your HELOC like a checking account.I'm hoping to find someone who has successfully used the HELOC method in Texas to gain some insight into how they did it.Bi-weekly payments are an option (and less of a risk) but the overall interest savings is not as much as paying a big chunk of the principal at one time.

Generally I am being very good at creating multiple methods to finance a deal because I analyze for all situations even where ones would pop up and cost a lot because as long as you can buy at the right price in the right area, there should be little risk if you've got a solid process (nothing is 100% but you can come close to it).How much capital are you willing to invest?

Those self-education activities and numerous blogs, technical charting books, ETFs, index funds, 24/5 futures, fx, metals, commodities, energies, cyclical methods, moon phases, sun spots studies, etc made me feel like I am some sort of small authority so out of hobby started working on market charts to make those theories put to work in real life just for fun.
