If we can get a house at a “good” price and do some fixing up ourselves I’m not opposed to that either, as long as it’s cosmetics that a rookie with little experience but a strong work ethic could handle.

If they are in a drug treatment program and no longer use drugs, the Federal Government considers them handicapped and protected by the Fair Housing Act.

Where are they already deferring maintenance, or not performing routine Preventative Maintenance to extend the useful life of various elements such as roof and gutters, exterior paint, termite inspections and treatment, high risk component inspections, and much more?

They charge the same prices and we even get special treatment for referring a lot of business.
