What service or services have you used or are thinking about using?

I've joined a few REIAs and am actively looking for who in the group is doing the most deals and how I can be of service to them. 

We are constantly asked to value our services and rationale is simple. 

Yea it does seem like there is more crime then mn were I was before but the lake reminds me oh so much of the ocean when I was in the service and is so beutiful I really hope I can meet some good people and settle down here

They charge to line up service calls.

I'm not sure if I 100% agree with that statement as I'm under the impression some servicers still use hubzu in certain states for short sales, but I do agree that most are bank owned for sure. 

If you plan to increase your portfolio of properties you may want to have a PM Service the property for you.
