I believe a healthy dose of motivation is an important part of anyone's diet so If anyone has any success stories, specific real estate related memories or moments that stand out, or any general words of encouragement to help get me fired up please share! 

I've invested out-of-state, so I also have a property management company (typically at 10% cost) to handle finding the tenant, all interactions with tenant, as well as manage any repairs needed using their contractors.  

Love all the words of encouragement and excited at the opportunities and great relationships that may lie ahead. 

@Julie McCoy while you look for your next possible property I would encourage you to network with local property management companies who can assist you with knowledge of the area, comps (rental and ARV), etc.

I can honestly say that without that key part of the interaction I would be about 90% less powerful in my conversations with tenant buyers.  

I need others like yourself to shelter, nurture, & encourage; In short order just shown me a little sun and water me a little bit every now and PLEASE…I promise I’ll keep growing!

This is encouraging and I place I would like to get to.

So, it will probably take years to build up enough to take out money.I encourage you to think through your plan a little more before you move forward too fast.
