That said, Rochester NY is one of the best places to invest in the country for cash flow.I would invest in the north parts of the 14621 zip code, near route 104, but I don't like the 14605 or 14608 zips.

I have some experience from my home country Sweden but understand its a very different ball game here.

There was a time early on when I was so scared of what I did not know that it was much easier to buy in other parts of the country and then if I did good - hooray!

I would have thought that July and August, when it's very hot here and there's nice summer weather in the rest of the country, would be the slowest.
