Last straw or not, if there is a serious drug issue, tenants must contact the local drug enforcement office of police--can make anonymous complaint if they wish. 

The house produced three gangs (yes three) living under the same roof, chop shop, whore house, girls that had been stolen and trafficked, oh yes and not to mention the gallons of drugs, knives and dozen drug users.

This court is more of an administrative branch that oversees the types of cases within its jurisdiction.

Unless he's "self-employed" as a drug dealer and using your house as his office.

When I purchased the property, it was occupied by squatters and was apparently being used as a drug house.

Buying houses that nobody wants to touch and getting them for a really low price.With that said I have been looking at some houses that are seized as being drug houses, specifically a house that was used for marijuana grow operations.

If the guest disturb your neighbors in the middle of the night with music or anything, or smoke, or drug or bringing prostitutes to your place, etc... there is no compensation and basically no penalty for the guests.

Now walk a few blocks from that area, you get into areas where you wouldn't want to be at unless you are looking for drugs or prostitutes.

I recently bought a row house in Baltimore, MD, in NE Highlandtown on a somewhat "lively" block (lots of through traffic, regular drug deals, but also kids and people just hanging out and music).

Primarily I try to stay away from gangs and areas with visible drug and prostitution activity.
