I have a 4 unit townhome complex going up I intend to short term rent in the Nashville area for long term hold. 

I stumbled across an internet service called Logyourmessage that proports the emails sent through their service use date and time stamp logs for when or if the message is read or ignored and are as good as receipts for certified letters sent through the USPS if you need to go to court for eviction or for a judgement for arrears. 

Im not sure how a 53 unit complex would be depending on size but sounds big to me.

Just have one who is actively looking at this time, but he’s leaning towards an apartment complex. 

I know the bigger names and they focus on bigger condo complexes and will be too expensive for us.

I am actually in the Ohio market looking for apartment complexes as well.
