Add a picture of the clean inside of the oven or something to max them out.I'm not picking on you or your PM...I'm sure many people are successful with different strategies...but this is a good if not great market....changing a few or all of these things will help you get your home rented faster and for more money in my opinion.Price solves a lot of issues, but these can add frosting to your cake.Best wishes and good luck...looks like you probably got a nice deal in a market where nice deals are tough to find and get under contract.

Make sure it is clean and in good condition. 

I obviously keep the grass well maintained and sidewalks clean but would some mulch and flowers beds be worth it or just another thing to maintain and not worth my time?

General clean up.

The float with the tablets in it are set to release at the minimum amount to keep the Hot Tub clean and sanitized.

Other items are specific to each vehicle such as water clean out, Tire/window shades, etc.Quick non Parking list:Wheel/tire covers; Vehicle cover.Remove and store your tires.Store with a full fuel tank to prevent condensationAdd fuel stabilizersPlace RV completely off the ground to prevent flat spots on your tires, if left for a long time.Cover your HVAC, skylights, vents and windows to prevent exposure to sun and breakdown.Boats leave your plug out, whether covered or not.

You could also look at laying a floating floor over the existing carpet (depends on what it is) and then take it with you when you leave.The risk to the owner is the tenant leaves behind a substandard floor and you have to pay for new flooring.Try professionally cleaning the carpet (or rent a professional machine).

Make the Seller get rid of them so it is vacant and clean before you become the owner.
