Cleveland is a cash cow for investors looking for affordable singles and duplexes that hit the 1% rule.

1) I heard about Cleveland as a good opportunity Market in BP Podcast. 

However, with limited capital I’d consider either a househack or possibly looking in Cleveland.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Here in Ohio, the most common cashflow market is Cleveland.

Not as affordable as say Cleveland or Toledo, but better population trends along with a better job market.

Cleveland of course, I know dozens and dozens of cash investors from CA the have been buying in the Cleveland markets for 10 years.
