Goal is to be "Set For Life" in a couple of years and be able to travel anywhere anytime. 

My plan is to continue buying and managing the props, with the goal of finding my children's college education and to support aging parents.  

My current goal is to buy and hold two properties- either a single family, duplex or townhome before the end of 2018.

Plus, we should all take a moment in our journeys and celebrate the achievements, even if they are small and just the beginning.Set a savings goal and reach it.My wife and I started serious budgeting back in 2015. 

My goal is to invest in units that are C-class. 

My goal is to find another reasonably priced house that I can either rent (and cash flow) or sell (when the time is right). 

But with our above mentioned goals, buying 10 acres out in the country isn't exactly step one of building a buy and hold empire. 

What are your RE goals?

If the tenant does not pay the rent, and then you start the eviction process, and then they send in the rent, do not accept the rent if your goal is to get them out as soon as possible.
