Has anyone used AMEX Business Line Of Credit to scale quicker? 

Is leaving a $10 balance at all times a real strategy to gain a credit score or a possible reason the lender did not get any score when they did the hard inquiry? 

I recently saw a post from Anthony Walker asking experienced real estate professionals and those newer to the business about gaining a competitive advantage and it got me thinking about what competitive advantages a real estate private equity firm can attain in their business.

I am a busy professional with a day job that is unrelated to real estate. 

Open to better strategies. 

So, which of these negotiating strategies do you use, have you used, and what success or disappointments have you encountered in your negotiations? 

Am I missing a strategy that could avoid the paying of transfer taxes? 

I am not defending Bosch in any way, just wondering how you get business if you are not sending out postcards or letters?

But there's still a huge opportunity here with the right strategy with pre-foreclosures and at the auction (sheriff's sale or trustee's sale).
