I took meticulous photos of before and after and I was awarded the damages for all that I had to replace in the house.If they are trying to pull a fast one then get out while you can.

I'm a former wealth banker as well as an investor and I've spent more time than I care to admit on titling properties. 

Tenant was successful in the suit and awarded $100k to cover her medical expenses.

You can probably find a real estate broker and put them on an annual salary as well, a couple agents to beat the bushes, you already have a good relationship with your banker since you have that healthy financial position, same with an accountant.

Only just to clarify, you'll actually be awarded company stock (EXPI) for selling real estate and reaching certain milestones, not receiving stock options.  

Not to mention also my brokerage has been awarded the best service in Plymouth county MA by the National Board of Realtors 4 years consecutively and counting.  

In the rare instance that you lose, the award will be covered by your insurance.
