@Aaron Mazzrillo is right, reading the forums and interacting will help. and it will spark ideas and questions that you did not think about I also just posted this on someone else's forum.

Current owner has had it 20+ years, personally interacts with the tenants.Cons: It was built in 1925, and is full top to bottom with galvanized steel pipes, including the main.

I will not use a PM until I feel like I really know and understand what it costs to fix things, how to interact with tenants from all walks of life. etc...Just wait till you have your first showings..
