North Carolina has that too (probably most states do).  

If you are kind enough to respond, please include what specific areas of Miami you have tied your criteria to (Little Havana, North Miami Beach, etc.). 

Also, we will be locating to North Whidbey Island so my best assumption is that we will be focusing on properties on the island and around Mount Vernon mainly.

The location is on Wishon, just north of Olive and the Tower District.

I'd appreciate any insight on 38018 Cordova neighborhood from the locals, in particular the area just a little north of Mullins Stations Rd (near intersect with Appling Rd). 

For example I live in Everett, we're about 20 miles North of Seattle. 

Also my team has two duplexes not even listed yet that I can check out for you but those are more up in North Stockton. are you looking for a fixer upper or more of a move in ready property? 

Just learning the area and have heard the 78745 area has potential and perhaps other south Austin metro areas and north suburbs like Cedar Park and RR perhaps?
