I read in some threads where it mentioned an inspection where the buyer may back out.but if I hit the Place Bid button I got this warning which seems to suggest there is no inspection.This sale is not contingent upon financing.

It has gotten tighter, and competition can be firce, but so can the profits if you know what you are doing.Markets that have been hit with foreclosures are always good places to flip as you have motivated home sellers there (often banks).

What is the vacancy rate in the area- you don't want a ton of competition.

“justified” as in competitive to local rent comps?
