But it was a flip so we wanted to make sure it had a warranty & that required a lic HVAC guy.A year later in the middle of winter both the blower & inducer motor fail but lic HVAC guy was too busy so earliest was 3 days.

We also let them know it is harder to replace people in the winter and they should be prepared to eat at least a month. usually not necessary.Its worked well for us.

Solar generates aprox $250/mo in credits; some months I generate more than I use, so bill is $0, other months bill varies b/c I use more than I generate (think winter), some months I use excess credits generated from other months (say May I generate more than I use, but June I use more than I generate), but it's still $0 b/c just using those excess credits.
