Hi All, I believe I heard that Bigger Pockets members can list their available rentals in the Marketplace?

One of the things he mentioned was asking your local realtors to put your name on their list so that you can get leads that come their way.

The seller wants to wait a couple more days for more offers because it has only been on the market a few days if your buyer can offer asking then the seller will take it off the market"I turned around and offered asking and now, nothing and I know het is monitoring the listing as he just updated it a couple of minutes ago.

LLP - Limited Liability Partnership -  Your personal name is listed as the Limited Partner and your LLC is listed as the General Partner.  

There's Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. and most will have who the agent is right there on the listing.

The listing agent (at least in WA so I can only assume elsewhere...) cannot withhold knowledge of a material defect, well, they can, but they could be held liable later by a court and/or their MLS.
