Hi All,I considered starting a REIT to allow others to invest and build wealth in projects that I would start, but that was a much, much higher level than I actually have interest in pursuing. 

Given our current properties, is there a creative way to do the financing that would allow us to buy the beach house without losing our current rental income ($6250/month) we are relying on? 

They do allow us to do interest or non interest bearing, but if we do interest bearing, we must share with the tenant 

Discovered by "driving for dollars," the property had an ARV of $215,000 and a remaining loan balance of $86,000.

Would like to be part of this program as well if possible.

I'm in the process of learning the "right" way to calculate ARV and repair costs as well.

Although infrequently an option, often in Oregon sellers have a low cost base and a zero or smaller existing mortgage balance.

Tons of recreation as well so could be good for a short term rental or medium rental
