I'm also kind of hoping that BP will record all the sessions and give us (those who paid for/attended the conference) access to the videos, much like the webinar replay room. 

I have been watching a lot of the webinars Brandon does as well.

As I've been learning and researching, reading the forums, attending BP webinars, listening to the podcast, etc, I get the overwhelming impression that investing with an all cash strategy isn't popular, and I have seen the math worked out in several threads.

Yesterday I listened to a webinar On CRE Online by Al Aiello, CPA with an MS in taxation.He talked about structuring LLC partnerships, protecting assets from equity stripping, strengthening OAs, etc.  

There is such a wealth of information for free on this platform from awesome podcasts, webinars, forums, posts, and books.

I’ve been gobbling up as much as I can, and attended the great free webinar by @J Scott and @Tarl Yarber yesterday, which was awesome!

I'm reading up on tons of material on site, listening to podcasts, attended most recent webinars by Brandon (Analyzing Rentals).

@George Blower Thank you, I am becoming addicted to the webinars on BP.

But I can tell you the book list that Brandon references in his webinars has been a great starting point for me.
