I receive my rents on the scheduled date (it is the guarantee of the company which pays me the rents while waiting to find a tenant eligible for article 8).

I found IMN to be a lot more valuable to us than papersource, but that was our experience. 

Lenders we’ve dealt with in the past made our rentals only as valuable as the equity and disregarded rental income...that would be a little extra frustrating with the mixed use land contract purchase.
