From the MLS photos and provided information, it looks decent (needs cosmetic upgrades), has an open floor plan, great square footage, in a good school district, has a high average rent for the area etc.

This would also allow you to take advantage of an owner occupied loan, so you can put a small amount down and still save up do make the upgrades/changes to the property.Best of luck!
