@Cyndi Hong your lender will advise you on what’s best also, let them know your plan to transfer it because you don’t want to move it to an LLC and trigger your alienation or due on sale clause if you have one.

But I think the key to my plan will be the property management co.  

My plan was to rehab the property and then rent it and cash out refinance to begin BRRRR cycles.

we are currently building with a mid summer completion date  I'd love to see more can you email me plans I'd love to see style if it's urban or suburban, size of units, etc. great deal size. first one that large? 

If you feel you can do better, then it may be time to sell or 1031.It depends on what you plan to do with the money.

I am looking at a house close to my primary residence for around 1.8M; I plan to rent it out for the first year while I obtain permits and plans to build a larger house.

We've gone through the Site Plan Approval process with the City, have officially split the lot into three parcels, and are expecting to receive our building permits this week (yay!).
