@Matthew Malley you actually did disclose it when you spoke with your loan officer about it and he/she is 100% correct.

Upon contacting the loan officer, I communicated my intent to refinance the property later once rehabbed and then repeat the process to buy other properties.

He's expensive to chat to, but one of his guys in the office will be able to advise.

 A few things to consider...1) It can be used as a negotiation point to lower the sales price.2) Perhaps call the local county permit office to see what it would take to get it approved?

But  most of those repairs with the exception of electrical would typically be non permit repairs. maybe someone else can chime in but I would assume they  could be repaired and then just call for an inspection. can you call the office and find out what will be involved in clearing the violations and if there is any fees or costs associated with doing so?
