Very tight and you probably are going to have some utilities to pay.. not sure how much those are if its cold..

And the margins are tight which leaves a ton of risk as travel spending is still at record highs and there are no guarantees that will continue in a straight line upwards.  

It’s broadly considered a spur of the moment purchase, thus not tightly tied to the economy.

MM are defined as markets that are the same (10% either way) of eachother that form a tight geographical area. 

Inventory is tight and we're working on finding one fervently.

When I get a new tenant to replace the one leaving I will have a new lease drawn up and make sure it is iron tight.

If cash flow were tight, maybe not.  

@Matthew Baltzell my backyard market and surrounding sub markets is extremely tight and competitive, creating a barrier of entry.I need to move quicker on researching and analyzing other markets or I’m not going to find much properties that make sense for a while.

But I still worry that $250 is kind of tight.

We have a tight timeline to rehab a house that needs a permit that potentially includes electrical, HVAC, roof, plumbing, and adding a room/bathroom.
