The one thing I learned in real estate is that if you want to succeed at scale you need to let go over time.

I have wanted to be on my own my whole life and I was for a number of years but I got suckered into a bad marriage, a bad job, lots of other stuff, now I'm in good marriage, two awesome little girls and all the support and reason to succeed in the world. 

All of these questions point to skills that are required to succeed as a wholesaler. 

Such reasons could be not enough capital, not enough time, not confident that I have the skills to succeed, etc.Good luck

For example, has anyone succeeded to bypass the same issue with using a double closing, in which, I would buy the property using the funds of the end buyer investor, and then at same closing he'd buy the property from me?
