While a decent street in a decent pocket, it's near some rougher areas and I don't think there are any reasons to believe it will not run true to the %50 rule at the least.Good luck.Cliff

Park a few blocks up the street for free in Long beach. 

I called on a 2br 1ba for rent with less square footage with just a street over and despite having a sign in the yard the property had already  rented for $985. 

Best one to check out is the NEREIA in Chelmsford right down the street from Lowell.  

Multiunit projects require visibility from main streets, and should be close to amenities like shopping.

Fast forward to today (and even when I left in 1999) and the resulting economic shift has created an environment where violent crime and drug trafficking/use thrive. 

Its odd that the ARV is 65k when I already own houses on said street & know the ARV to be about 40k.

In Chicago crossing one street can be a big deal.

Oh also, I live in a really "green" area and having solar hot water and solar PV panels helps my street cred.
