My first out-of-state rental property in Cleveland, Ohio is almost done rehabbing.

Whether it’s hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, or just flooding the losses the insurance companies are seeing over the past 5-10 years are huge.

I agree with Bruce.For the PM, if you know the company, call them and say you want to look at one of their rentals and ask them to call you.

Can anyone recommend a good property management company in Frostburg Md?

I'm finding some listings on a popular realtor mls listing site (not sure if I'm allowed to say which one here)  that have a box on the listing which states "Assumable Mortgage" and has a "learn how" button, when I click on the button it says: "This home has an assumable mortgage"  and it lists the current average interest interest rate for April 2024 (7.00) for a new loan vs.  

The lot is finally for sale and in the listing it states almost exactly the idea I've had for it.  

I just wanted to close this thread out by stating that I have received multiple emails and had an in depth conversation with current FIG investors, all of whom are very happy.
