I don't think I'll even bother with an LLC down the road as I currently understand it.     

I'm sure down the road as i become more experienced and create a separate branch of my own network,  i won't be so dependent on the infrastructure of this program.

There will be unforseen twists and turns and lots of bumps in the road ahead, guaranteed. 

With competitors like AirBnB and HomeStay showing no signs of slowing down (despite a challenging regulatory road ahead), what are the gaps and market opportunities in the hotel market?

It is on a large peninsula, with one main road, so advertising with a few simple signs covers the entire area. 

With that, long hours on the road, plus travel, and a family at home.

Be willing to work hard even if you're not being paid with money to do so because the knowledge gained will earn you money down the road.  

The only negative I can see, (besides the price) is that the house is located slightly close to the road,  considering how much acreage it is on, but that is really just relative; many homes in the area are that close or closer to the road.
