Heck even calling people "special" has now taken on a negative connotation and is used as the butt of jokes.So my take is we can if we want to, it does reset the mindset for a time but eventually just begins to mean the same negative as the original word.

Of course anyone who lives paycheck to paycheck who loses their job will struggle, however the government is supplementing the unemployment by so much that low income folks won’t end up having a reduction of income once unemployment kicks in.

So somewhere we need a new process that starts with algorithmic data and is augmented in special cases (eg the price is above $$$ or the renovation was not documented and needs confirmation or whatever)

I also have experience in residential lending and currently a commercial loan rep specializing in MHP financing. 

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

If so there are 20+ CPAs and accountants on this site that specialize in real estate taxation.
