What bank or software do you use, and what features do you have when doing autodraft?

However, you shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars, or thousands of dollars on a software program to be able to use QuickBooks, when all you need to know is how to use QuickBooks. 

Unless you know some juicy details I kinda doubt they'd take an anonymous tip seriously, but I don't know anything.

So some tips and tricks from a reputable text would be helpful.

If you want to see my trello template that I used for tenant screening, PM me.It is probably not the most efficient way of screening tenants at scale, but for smaller investors who are not yet paying  for CRMs or property management software, it seems like a great alternative.
