Other resources Facebook, Google search, Linkend, social media, ask for several referrals so you may call each of them and verify the person or company you are looking to hire (VERIFY THE REFFERALS as well), visit them and the market you choose, and or call several local real estate agents and ask questions they will be able to help a lot.

And then what happens is the longer it sits, the more risk there is for damage and the more likelihood there is that hud will have to discount it more.The govt should not be using these homes as some sort of social experiment when the taxpayer is the one footing the bill.
