I have recently completed my first flip and in the process of closing on 20 Single family houses in Ohio for consistent cashflow which will fund me being a full time investor.

The Burlington, Greensboro, and Mebane markets are my primary focus at the moment and I’d eventually like to get into some fix and flips but for now my strategy is buy and hold for single family and small multi family.

For example, the property has a single dock (room for 2 boats, 1 on each side) but the seawall would support 2 more boats.

Curious to hear about how some of you might approach the analysis for deciding whether to sell an inherited single family property or rent it out for income.  

Of course like many we started with a single family because it seemed to be the "safe" option. 

We have never hired a payroll company before, and are looking to see if there are any other Single Owner S-Corp owner/employees on BP that can provide us with some guidance and suggestions regarding payroll companies.  

If it becomes reality, all kinds of investments will benefit, single family, multi-family, flippers, land developers.

My current goal is to buy and hold two properties- either a single family, duplex or townhome before the end of 2018.
