There are hard money lenders out there who can help with fix n flips so I would start conversations with different lenders to get a sense of terms and interest rates.I would also prepare yourself for the long game.

As I’m using it to hold money that likely won’t be needed for long term this account makes a lot of sense.

Hi guys If a tenant signed a years lease for September and then there are issues with section 8 and they moved in a month later in October do you create an addendum that changes the entire lease term or just change the end date of the lease.

If you have a long term 10 plus year outlook, wouldn’t loan paydown still be a positive for keeping the rental?

As far as what most of them do - they set up a simple filter based on the info that you gave them, then you look and find houses that you like within the filtered range, contact them and let them know you want to see it, then they show you the house (based on their schedule around other clients).
