This is the perfect spot to have some land have the suburban life but live only 15 minutes from your high rise office and all of downtown amenities.

Well life got crazy and COVID hit.

But with maybe 15 year service life here in FL, age really isn't a factor for these unless your looking at brand new builds.The biggest thing to consider, in my way of thinking, is the neighborhood.  

In a previous life I used to show/breed dogs and spent quite a bit of time in hotels and venues with dogs. 

These programs are meant to help people get started in life, not meant for investors.

They hated landlords and did everything to make my life miserable.

I am passionate about living the life I’ve always wanted & I believe in having multiple streams of income to do so!

Tenant turnover is a fact of life when it comes to TK's.
