@Cosmas Paulosi we've posted this hundreds of times, because it's very logical:)Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

It looks like they are offering a lease as well but I would highly recommend paying a local real estate attorney for a lease.

Thank you for your recommendation and professional advice.Yes, I also thought 1-2 months is ludicrous.I highly recommended my friend change the contractor or get another quotes with other contractorsI don't know the "home restoration companies"

Unfortunately I think nowadays they just go on Airbnb/VRBO and select/negotiate with hosts they find on the sites instead of seeking out providers.

My best advice is to just leave them a bad review if they have a page and post in Facebook pages not recommending them to people.
