I would put out the small white lights and leave them up for well before and after the holiday season simply becuase they are attractive.

@William Donaldson being a student yourself you probably know the season for looking-- in our area it is starting now.

If that's the case, you'll have wanted to transfer your funds into your family member's bank account with enough time to season and then those funds pay for the house.

More than willing to work in CA, but would really need a seasoned investor to lead the way.Long Term: Continue to flip, but also begin to acquire multi-family units that have significant immediate equity and/or cash flow at least $100 per unit with a minimum cash flow of at least $800 per month.

Families, singles, Spring Breakers etc.Over the years I received as much as $2750 per week and less for the lower seasons.

I feel like it could be open season for a tenant to take advantage of an inch of snow on the ground.

I'm here to learn from all of you seasoned investors and I'm too green to pull the trigger on investing at this time which is why I'm here and jumping into these conversations.
