You could probably live for free, build equity, and save more for your next purchase!

I turned the complex into independent living for 6 residents and we also started a in Home Care Agency, soon after that March of 2019 we got the approval to add another 4000sqft and 15 more beds a brand new wing onto the building in the plans the architect designed her very own beautiful room setup up just for her!!!

I've had it 20 years and I plan on keeping it.  

For us, we haven't bought a property in 2 years because the market is saying that it is smarter to sit still and let our money earn 5% in a high yield savings account.  

I did do a cash out refi to get my Corte Madera home, which is its saving grace that makes me feel better) but on this rental now with my mortgage, property tax, HOA fees, and insurance my 2023 was negative. 

The third option (like bottom barrel) would be to continue renting and save for bigger downpayment and wait for interest rates to come down more.Financially we are in place to buy a home comfortably under $400k.

Very few people have strong mind to guide people at initial juncture.The other plan is to develop the property in to Outdoor Paint Ball Arcade ??
