In the Tenant Screening: Ultimate Guide it's recommended that the tenants income is at least 3X the rent.

BP is just an incredible resource, if you work it right, you'll honestly be able to learn 1000 times more good info than at ANY boot camp or whatever else the generally sleazy guru's are hawking these days!
