Because no matter how experience we are,  something new always pops up, something new that I had to resolve or  solve  or  master.

Those things can be resolved in a couple minutes but if you call a professional they are going to charge you a decent amount just to come out.

And if you look at those court cases closely, they have rejected imposing immediate injunctions, the matter is far from being resolved.  

I’m just trying to resolve it easy way, but it doesn’t appear it will go that way. 

You could hire someone to correct the repair and charge the tenant, but I get the feeling that wouldn't resolve the problem and would rather get rid of them.

If someone needs roommates, it makes sense to pull from your social and work circles to find someone compatible to live with.
