I've been doing wholesaling and have done deals SFR and Land small deals. but i know it takes the same energy to do bigger deals, so i want to start focusing on Mobile Home Parks and self storage mismanaged that can be great value add oppurtunities. i currently use Listsource.com, rebootgateway, USleadslist.com to get my lists but i would like to know what criteria to buy from listsource or where to find the Commercial deals of individual owned Storage or mobile home parks
