How have folks found cleaners that are able to do the quality work inside and handle the odd ball tasks as well?

When a bank/lender originates a loan there are certain parameters that have to be followed in order to meet the "QM" quality mortgage rule. 

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

Otherwise I like turn key commercial buyers looking usually from 2 million and up in price.I find stabilized quality properties around 1 to 1.5 million almost impossible to find due to land costs and rent rates in strong suburban locations that they desire.

Green Street Commercial Property Price Index places more weight on high-quality properties, e.g. a New York skyscraper has a much greater impact than a suburban strip mall.

As a property owner, it's your responsibility to ensure that your properties are well-maintained, attract high-quality tenants, and maximize rental income.

Combined with a growing population, lower than average cost of living, inexpensive yet quality schools, a solid job market, and beautiful scenery nearby have made me realize the importance of considering various different aspects for future rental opportunities.
